    The children who are still attending school at the moment have been working hard to show their appreciation for the wonderful NHS workers as well as other key workers, who are keeping our country going. Also, we want to give our thanks and appreciation to key workers, who are working tirelessly to keep us all safe and well. Well done everyone for the part you are playing in this.   • Donations to Food Bank

    We are so grateful to all of the parents and children at St Mary Magdalene that have donated packaged or tinned food to go to those in need. At a time where we should all come together and support one another, this is a wonderful symbol of community.
  • Friendship Bench

    A Friendship Bench is our new addition to the playground and has just been unveiled this week! We hope that children will enjoy using this and know that it represents a wonderful quality to have: being a good friend. We are very grateful to our learning community, who funded this purchase. We are also very proud to say that our Health and Wellbeing Ambassadors had a hand in choosing the bench and had our mental health in mind when making the decision. Well done Mary Mags!

    The ‘Teach your monster to read’ app is free to download this week, instead of the usual price of £6. Miss Scott was so happy when she saw this offer, she knew she had to spread the word to Reception parents/guardians!

  • Harvest Service at Church

    The children at St Mary Mags were singing their hearts out today at All Saints Church, West Bromwich. What a great turn out we had from parents, too! Well done to all children who took part in the service to celebrate the Harvest.

    Y4 had an amazing trip to Wroxeter today! We walked through the Roman ruins and even dressed up as Romans! What a day! Lots of memories made!

    Y4 children have done an amazing job in creating their own versions of a Roman tools! Such a good job, in fact, that Y4 staff have struggled to display it all! Y4, can you spot yours in the picture?
